Successfully completed Site Instruction #64 as a subcontractor, awarded to Veolia Water, under the Qatar Catchment Zone Framework Contract with Public Works Authority (Ashghal). The project focused on the implementation of “Underpasses Interim Resilience” measures, involving the rapid deployment and installation of interim pumping systems, hoses, and associated infrastructure to significantly reduce mobilization time during rainfall events.
Scope included execution of targeted civil works and installation of additional pumps to enhance discharge capacity, ensuring improved flood mitigation and operational readiness of underpasses. The interim solution was designed to maintain service continuity and resilience until a permanent design solution is finalized, delivering immediate risk reduction, enhanced system responsiveness, and strengthened infrastructure reliability under adverse weather conditions.
